Okay, that might not seem like a good reason but many people use their personal site to show case many of the fun aspects of their lives. It’s been all over news sites about how Facebook has cost people jobs and educational opportunities. Any type of personal site that is linked to a professional one can do the same thing. If you have racy photos or comments that make you seem irresponsible it won’t help your business grow it will only hurt your business.
